  5. Information is retained for each item including, among others, the following:
  6. Quantity on hand, committed to customer orders, on order from supplier, cost,
  7. five selling prices, and month-to-date and year-to-date sales. These values are
  8. updated when sales orders are entered goods are received, and invoices or
  9. credit notes processed. An audit trail for all adjustments is produced.
  10. Inventory is costed at your choice of most recent cost or average cost. The
  11. value of the inventory can be calculated at any time - directly on the screen,
  12. or in a printed, detailed report. Various reports are available, including Low
  13. Stock , Full Inventory, Item Sales reports, and a Price List. An option in this
  14. system tracks multiple warehouses, allowing customers to draw from 1 to 99
  15. warehouses. Goods can be received into and transferred among warehouses, with a
  16. complete audit trail. Both individual warehouse and consolidated Inventory
  17. Reports are produced. FLEX Inventory Control is available as part of FLEX
  18. Distribution, or as an independent package capable of integrating with other
  19. FLEX Accounting Software modules.
